La vivienda se ubica en la segunda planta de una antigua finca de pescadores, muy próxima al mar, con un marcado carácter mediterráneo. El proyecto quiere potenciar este carácter con materiales naturales, madera, abiertos para que la luz fluya por todas las habitaciones. Mediante un juego de tabiques, puertas correderas y armarios se dividen los espacios facilitando la circulación.

Después del recibidor, encontramos la sala y la cocina, en un espacio abierto donde la restauración del techo original, combinado con volúmenes y placas de yeso para ocultar instalaciones e iluminar los espacios.

Mobiliario de líneas neutras, tejidos naturales y luminosos. La cocina, armarios, mueble del baño y de la sala se han diseñado a medida.

The house is located on the second floor of an old fishermen's farm, very close to the sea, with a marked Mediterranean character. The project wants to enhance this character with natural materials, wood, open for light to flow through all the rooms. Through a set of partitions, sliding doors and cabinets the spaces are divided facilitating circulation.

After the hall, we find the living room and the kitchen, in an open space where the restoration of the original ceiling, combined with volumes and plasterboard to hide installations and illuminate the spaces.

Furniture with neutral lines, natural and luminous fabrics. The kitchen, cabinets, bathroom and living room furniture have been designed to measure.
